We have made the difficult decision to shut down The St. Food Co.’s home delivery service.
It has become increasingly challenging over the past 12 months to absorb the rising costs of delivering a high-quality product across Australia. Despite our best efforts, we are unable to continue to absorb this cost and we are unwilling to compromise on the quality you have come to enjoy from us.
While this part of our journey may be coming to an end, we are deeply grateful for having amazing customers like you & want to thank you for all your support throughout our journey. This isn’t the end of The St. Food Co.’s journey & we’re excited to continue to service you in the expanding retail market. We have a few FAQ’s below that might help clarify any questions you have…
Are you closing The St. Food Co.?
NO! We remain 100% committed to growing our brand in the retail sector. You can find our meals in selected 7-Eleven’s across QLD. We’re also working on expanding that beyond QLD in the coming months.
Also keep an eye out on your next overseas trip to find our meals on selected Virgin Australia flights.
When can I order until?
Our final cutoff date will be Tuesday 29th July at 8am AEST. All orders place for delivery after this date will be cancelled and refunded.
When is the final Dispatch Date
Our last orders will leave our warehouse on 30th July.
What is the impact on Loyalty?
We acknowledge that you have worked hard to build up your loyalty points over the past 12 months. We encourage you to use your loyalty points until 29th July, in which after this date all points will expire and be rendered void.
No extensions or transfers will be valid after this date.
How do I find out where you’re stocked?
Head to our stockists page to find a stockist near you. Our focus will be to continue to grow this supply in the future.
I want to stock up while I can – can I freeze the meals?
Absolutely! Our meals are made fresh, so stock up your fridge and freezers now, so you can access our meals in the weeks and months to come! Order now!
