Our automatic policy is zero contact delivery through our third- party Delivery Partner. Unfortunately we aren’t able to provide specific delivery times or guarantee the driver will ring the bell. Delivery postcodes and suburbs accurate at time of publication.  Whilst all efforts are made to adhere to the delivery notes on your order, this cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the courier service.

Please provide a VALID MOBILE PHONE NUMBER, you will receive a tracking text 8pm the night prior to delivery.  We do not provide messages to landlines.  Delivery times provided in your tracking text are a guide only, and may vary without notice.

If you haven’t received your tracking link by the morning of your delivery, try toggling your phone’s flight mode on and off. This often resets the message receiving forum within the phone. If you still haven’t received the link within 30 minutes of trying this, please reach out to our customer service team via text or email for further assistance.
