We’ve designed a fresh new loyalty program that rewards you with more perks, more discounts and more rewards than ever before. We’ve got a brand new way for you to explore the Foodie Club, where you can use your account to view your tier status, rewards balance and available discounts!

How To Join: Make An Account

1. Click on the FOODIE CLUB launcher (which you’ll see floating on the bottom left of every page)
2. Click SIGN UP
3. On the next page, click REGISTER
4. Register using your email address
5. Check your email and set a password to complete your account!

How To Redeem Points for Discounts

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account
2. Click on the FOODIE CLUB launcher on the bottom left of your screen
3. Click on REDEEM
4. If you have enough points to redeem for $ credits, you will see a slider appear
5. Use the slider to choose the amount you would like to redeem, and click REDEEM
6. A unique code will appear- either copy this code and enter it at checkout, or save it for later- the code will be emailed to you, and also stored in your account until you are ready to use it!

How To See and Use Unredeemed Discount Codes In Your Account

You’ve traded your points for a redeemable discount code, but haven’t used it yet. Where can you find it when you are ready to redeem?

1. You guessed it- click on the FOODIE CLUB launcher on your screen’s bottom left
2. Scroll to the bottom of the launcher and click YOUR REWARDS
3. A list of all your pre-existing, unused discount codes will appear
4. Click VIEW on the code you would like to use for this order
5. The discount code will appear, click COPY
6. Navigate to your cart and checkout, paste the code and you’re good to go!

How To Find Out Your Foodie Club Tier

1. Ensure you are logged in to your account
2. Open the FOODIE CLUB launcher
3. Scroll down to the section titled “VIP PROGRAM”
4. A red ‘Current’ button will be displayed next to the tier you are currently in
5. Click on the CURRENT button to see details about your tier and the associated benefits

How Do I Redeem Free Shipping? (Gourmet Guru Tier only)

1. Open the Foodie Club launcher
2. Scroll down to Rewards and click Redeem
3. Hit Redeem Free Shipping Platinum
4. Copy your code from the launcher and add it at checkout! It will also be emailed to you if you forget to copy before navigating away from the page!

How Do I Find Out How Many Points I Have?

1. Check your email- all Foodie Club emails display your Foodie Club Points and VIP Tier at the top
2. Ensure you are logged in and then open the launcher on the bottom left of any page of our website-your points balance will be displayed on the top right of the launcher

How Do I Earn Points?

Follow Us on Instagram
To earn points for following us, you need to do this through the launcher

1. Open the Foodie Club launcher
2. Click on ‘Earning’
3. Scroll down and click ‘Follow’ next to ‘Follow Us on Instagram’
4. Instagram will open in a new window, click follow
5. Your action will be fed back automatically to your account- check your account and you’ll see 10 points have been added, and a red tick will be displayed in the ‘Follow Us on Instagram’ section

Leave Us A Review

1. Ensure you are logged in
2. Head to our Foodie Club page
3. Scroll down to ‘Ways To Earn Points’
4. Click on ‘Review Us On Product Review’
5. You will be taken to ProductReview.com.au- write and submit your review and points will be added to your account!

Leave A Meal Review on Our Website

1. Log into your account
2. Use the search function to search for the meal you would like to review OR
   Click on the person icon to navigate to your profile
   Scroll down to ‘Orders’
   Click on the order number to see the full list of all meals you received
   Click on the meal you would like to review
3. Once on the meal page, scroll down to the details section and click the ‘Reviews’ tab
4. Write and submit your review
5. Sit back, relax and watch the points hit your account!

Subscribe to our Newsletter

1. Ensure you are logged in to your account
2. If you are not yet subscribed, a pop up will appear
3. Enter your email to subscribe, and points will automatically be awarded

Find Out What I Need to Upgrade My Tier

1. Log in to your account
2. Open the Foodie Club launcher, which floats on the bottom left of your screen
3. Scroll down to the ‘VIP Program’ Section
4. Click on the tier you are aiming to upgrade to
5. It will display a progress bar showing how much you need to spend to reach this tier, as well as the great benefits you will receive when you upgrade!

How To Set Your Birthday to Get Birthday Rewards

1. Make sure you are logged in to your account
2. Click on the Foodie Club launcher on the bottom left of your screen
3. Click on ‘Earning’
4. You will see a section titled ‘Birthday Points- Your Tier’. Click ‘Set’.
5. Enter your birthday using the drop down menu.
6. On your birthday you will be gifted bonus points, according to your tier!
